Fav hand sanitizer! I hope they create a refillable option in the future!
I’m a big fan of spray vs gel hand sanitizer. Love the product quality and beautiful packaging but too much plastic being used, feel very wasteful using this product. And it is pricey.
I bought this sanitizer after seeing it advertised all over tiktok and Instagram. The idea itself is amazing and the advertisements really sold me. They are easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, nicely scented, and overall really good but after three days in the city it was practically empty. It also didn’t come entirely full. Love it but maybe look towards changing sizes?
While I really enjoy these hand sanitizers I think they're a bit overpriced for how quickly they run out. I spray my hands every time I get in my car from running an errand and even only using them a few times a week I've burn through them pretty quickly and one of my hands doesn't even have any fingers on it so it's not like I'm using an excessive amount of product. I also hate how much waste it creates with going through these so quickly since there's a lot of plastic involved. All that being said, I do still really like the product and will probably, begrudgingly, continue to use this brand because with the nice scents and ease of it being a sprayer I do use it way more often then when I was using gel hand sanitizer and consistent use if of the utmost importance right now. I just think Touchland needs to rethink their prices perhaps, to me I think they're only really worth about $7-9 with the size/amount of product you get and a lot of that cost is wasted on expensive but pretty packaging.
I was appalled at the amount of plastic used for a single hand sanitizer spray. The dispenser itself uses probably 3x the amount of plastic as any other portable hand sanitizer, and each dispenser was then separately packaged in another thick plastic carton - why is this necessary? It would be one thing if they were refillable, but I cannot in good conscience put my money toward so much waste.
In addition, this product is about 3x the price of other comparable organic, cruelty-free hand sanitizers but has even less product. Considering that fully covering the hand with product requires 8-9 sprays, it certainly didn’t last long either. Of course, spraying this many times was also just annoying.
Did the product smell good? I suppose. Certainly not enough to justify the price or packaging. Was it less drying than other hand sanitizers? Not really, but it definitely left my hands feeling powdery.
Overall, I would not repurchase this product.
