Order problem
Hello Adele. Thank you for your feedback. As we share on our website, due to the volume of preorders we have been getting since March 3rd, we estimate for preorders to ship 4-6 weeks from the date the preorder was placed. As part of our policy, we can always cancel a customer's preorder as long as it hasn't been picked for fulfillment. This are not our normal processing times, and we expect to stable our stock levels within the next few months to be able to process orders like we used to within 24h-48h from order confirmation.
