Here is the email I got from touchland more than a week from placing my order
“We are contacting you because we were just advice by our logistics partner that our system inventory count for the pink and blue shields was incorrect.
Therefore, we won't be able to include a blue shield in your order that will ship tomorrow.
Would you like us to refund the value of the shield and ship the rest of the order, or you'd prefer to cancel all the order?”
So the two options are a partial refund or a full cancellation. What about shipping a partial order? Anywho, the customer experience across the board was impersonal and unhelpful (there were two tracking numbers for a product that was deemed a bundle and I was given 1 initially - response was not great)?
Neat site, good branding, ultimately poor experience.
