Please accept our apology. Like many other businesses, we've been impacted by COVID-19 in many ways, and we're doing our best to support our co-workers while also meeting the needs of our customers. With the increased volumes of online orders and new safety processes being implemented in our warehouses, we're experiencing significant delays with shipping and delivery. As a result, our customer service and social media teams are working hard to respond to customer inquiries as soon as possible.
We know many of our customers are relying on us for hydrating hand sanitizing solutions as we face these unprecedented times. We hope some of the changes we've implemented will result in a better experience moving forward. And as always, we promise to keep working towards bettering ourselves as a company.
We would also like to share that since the beginning of April, we’ve started our Healthcare Heroes initiative to support the healthcare professionals who are tirelessly caring for those affected by COVID-19. We have been donating 5% of every weekly restock to send our Power Mists to healthcare professionals who are dealing with shortages of hand sanitizers in their hospitals.
